Notable Millwork & Design reserves the right to unilaterally modify the general conditions of provision of the design, manufacture and/or installation services, without affecting it prior to the modification.

The client guarantees that the information recorded in the forms on the website is truthful to facilitate the service of Notable Millwork & Design. Contracting the service
The contracting of the design, manufacture and/or installation services is deducted from the provision of the service in exchange for a specific price according to the project to be carried out, previously known by the client through the formal quotation sent by the officials of Notable Millwork & Design to the email related by the client during the request through the commercial channels previously described. The contracting process will begin once the client replies to this email confirming the acceptance of the quote.
Subsequently, the general conditions of the provision of the contracted service will be agreed in writing, such as designs, measures, materials, deliveries, delivery times, forms of payment, installation requirements, guarantee and all those required by each of the projects.

Service Claim
Notable Millwork & Design will make an official delivery certificate which will be signed by the client after the review and approval once the contracted project has been received and completed, thus implying that everything has been received to full satisfaction.
In the event of any disagreement or claim of the service, the client may notify by sending an email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to the mobile (+1) 786 918439.
Website subscription聽
The subscription on the www.notabledesign.us website can be canceled at any time the client wishes through the email at [email protected]. The customer’s withdrawal will be notified via email in response to the request.
